Shipping Policy

Shipping Timeline:

Orders of Notecards, Tea Towels, and Matted Prints usually ship vis USPS priority within 48 business hours of order placement. 

Orders including Framed prints may take longer depending on whether or not the frame is already in stock or needs to be made. Please give 2 - 7 business days for shipment of Framed prints.  Framed prints typically ship from Dard Hunter Studios in Ohio via FedEx Ground. 

We will email you to let you know if there are any delays longer than this in the shipment of your order. 

Expedited Shipping:

Need your order fast? Please let us know and we are happy to try and accommodate your timeline! Expedited shipping may incur an extra shipping cost but we can work with you on an order by order basis.

Breakage / Shipping Damage:

We take pride and quite a bit of time in packaging your orders carefully. Unfortunately, even with as many precautions as we take, damage to orders occasionally occur during shipment. If this happens, please send us an email immediately with photos of the damage. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible. Please keep all packaging as we may ask you return the damaged items.
